The Pure Aire FM modules serve as the basic units for horizontal flow clean rooms and tunnels. When arranged in multiple banks, these modules will provide a Class 100 or better clean room environment, from floor to ceiling, wall to wall, over any specified dimension. The FM modules are available in many configurations, to create the clean area necessary for any particulate sensitive procedure. |
