| Pure Aire Corporation’s laminar flow work stations, clean air
modules, processing equipment (wet stations), environmental chambers and work benches do
not require date input, provide date output or rely on any date information to operate. To
the best of our knowledge this would be true of our equipment manufactured as early as
1963. Processing equipment and environmental chambers are more complex versions of our laminar flow equipment, none of which are date dependent to operate. We also believe components installed in our processing equipment, but not manufactured by Pure Aire Corporation do not require date information to operate, but recommend you check with the manufacture of the installed component. Typical components could include, but not limited to, photo resist spinners, rinser dryers, ultrasonic tanks, vapor degreasers, thermostats and controllers, analog and digital. Controllers manufactured by Pure Aire Corporation are primarily automatic timing devices controlled by a programmed e-prom. These controllers manufactured by Pure Aire Corporation are not date dependent. As a custom equipment manufacturer since 1963 it is possible equipment may have been manufactured which requires date processing to operate. We have no records or knowledge of this type of equipment. We also do not anticipate any problems with our ability to process orders and provide service to our customers in the year 2000 and beyond.
